The GTALK ECR Forums provide an inclusive platform that aims to strengthen the research skills of students and early career researchers (ECRs) and early career practitioners (ECPs) in the transport sector, through knowledge-sharing, particularly on conducting and publishing research in transportation; facilitate discussions among students, ECRs, ECPs and industry leaders, particularly on the opportunities and challenges for future professional development; and provide opportunities to establish networks and linkages among fellow transportation researchers and professionals in the region.
